    Hi Kaitlin,
    I like your informative presentation. You explained the model clearly. Actually, I like this model because it is very useful and easy to follow as long as the planner organizes his work. I used to use this model when I was a patient educator three years ago. I found that this model is the best and the easiest way to plan effective patient education programs and patient education sessions as well. It guided me to identify all the available resourses to implement my programs, write smart objectives and evaluate my work accurately. Moreover, this model was very helpful to document my work so my supervisors were able to evaluate my performance at work.
